This was the best contractor I have gotten on Thumbtack. Had a stripped outdoor faucet and needed a plumber to come help fix. I reached out Casco Plumbing and they wanted to come a week later. So I got on thumbtack and found Vencleve. I asked Casco to cancel and they send someone right away. The tech came and made it worse. I pointed out where the pipe line is in the ceiling and told him it just needs to be replaced. He broke off the hose bib with force and made it worse. So now he had to get to the line in the ceiling. He proceeded to cut the wall instead. And later cut the ceiling to find the hose bib. Then proceeded to tell me he will have to cut almost 3feet of the ceiling to get the hose bib. Then said he didn’t have battery and can’t promise to finish the job and every hour he is there is an additional $150 charge. I asked them to leave and had to pay for dispatch fee of $67. Any I reached out to vencleve to confirm the contract and he came out to complete the job, without cutting 3feet of ceiling, without any additional charges, and no BS story like the Casco tech. Thank you to Vencleve for peacefully fixing the issue in such a friendly professional manner in less than 30mins. I now have a plumber I can rely on anytime and he’s the best there is. Very nice, friendly and respectful guy. Thank you 🫡 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
