- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Thumbtack clients are charged at a discounted rate. I can offer cash back discounts if you refer a client that hires me for a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial discussion for me to get to know your business organization and needs. I will obtain information needed from you to get started on the work, such as access to or sharing of files or account information. We will have more communication at the start of the job to make sure things are running smoothly and according to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified public accountant with a master's degree in business administration. I have nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in both private and public sectors and have been preparing tax returns since 2009.
