What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Accounting and tax preparation requires the customer to provide personal financial information to the preparer. It is important for the customer to feel comfortable with the expertise of the preparer, but there must also be a level of respect between the two in order for there to be a good preparer/customer relationship.
