I have not worked with PotomacView Consulting Services directly, but have worked with their president, Robert Bickford in a failed side venture of his, known as AdvisorIN. His concept was to create a portal site for financial professionals. My company built this web site based upon Robert's specifications and in the very short time frame requested. This took place in the summer of 2010, and as of now, barely 25% of his outstanding invoices have been paid and am just now being told he cannot afford to pay anymore. Is this the type of person you want giving you consulting advice on business development, wealth management, and the like? I suggest avoiding working with this person and any company with which he is associated.
