Faraz & Awais provided us excellent service, guiding us through our dishwasher diagnosis. It kept stopping early in the cycle. We had tested various parts & discounted several possible causes. They were thoroughly professional in their advice, & answered a bunch of questions I had regarding a replacement vs pump repair. I will absolutely use them for future appliance needs. Ali & Fahraz are fabulous. I was SO stressed out when my dishwasher started leaking badly two days before Thanksgiving. I had never had to call an Appliance Repair Service in my life. These guys were timely, kind, professional, wearing masks and booties, explained the problem, showed me what was wrong, and told me the cost of repairs before moving forward. They fixed a 20-year-old dishwasher the same day I called and provided peace of mind explaining why repair verses replace was a good choice in this situation. AMAZING. I'm so grateful they're in my phone.
