Super nice experience throughout. Pleasant back and forth. Honest quote. Went well above and beyond to make sure everything got lean. Stayed 8-9 hours and had everything dry by the time he left! We have 3 kids and 2 dogs, so the amount of stains and dirt was pretty incredible. I'm out of town, and he even sent me before and after pics. Extremely thorough. He's worth twice what he charges. Def recommend

Flood Crew was very thorough and did an excellent job cleaning our carpeted stairs and tile in the bathroom. They took time to explain everything , answered our questions and did a wonderful job.

I was very impressed with the employees with flood crew. They really did have all of the right equipment and spent time educating me on the process that they were applying to my floors. I didn't realize the damage that could occur if done improperly. I would recommend Flood Crew to anyone looking to have their floors cleaned the right way. I'm glad I didn't cut any corners!

I rated them 5 stars based on communication, timeliness, quality of work, and cost. You won't find another carpet cleaner doing this quality of work at their prices. They will be the only carpet cleaner I hire in the future. The Flood Crew did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my new home. They were to able to work with my schedule and did the job at night. It was a big job consisting of 4 bedrooms, master suite, living room, hallway, and two stair cases. There were a couple of stains (bleach) that wouldn't come out and I was told this before they even started the job. However, they did highly recommend a carpet repair specialist that can fix it. They were very knowledgeable and gave me tons of information regarding the carpet. I was given tips on care and maintenance. I was also given details on the age of the carpet, how long it should last, and information on types of carpet for replacement. I received quotes from other carpet cleaners charging a lot less and a lot more. I didn't feel I would get quality work from those charging bargain prices and I feel I was being ripped off from those charging exorbitant prices. Do yourself a favor and hire them. You won't regret it.

Bill did a great job! He came over, looked at the spaces we needed cleaning and sealing and gave me a comprehensive and itemized quote. My husband and I chose which areas we would like to start with and he came back a few days later and got the job done. We will definitely be having him back to complete the other rooms in a couple of months!
