FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer not to just replace a single part when it’s bad and would like to package items together. An example would be having a bad capacitor and so instead of me naming a price of just the capacitor I’d do more services to give you more value in the product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and letting them get to know me. It’s always about trust and I always want to set the right expectations for the homeowner and to ensure they are happy with the service
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My family does electrical work and so I’ve first started doing that but later went into HVAC by a friend’s recommendation and received my CFC license as well as have a certification
