I attend a number of continuing education classes. In today's economy it seems people get paid less and the cost of goods and services tend to keep going up...... I keep my prices affordable, but I still want to represent JCS Home Services as a Fantastic service provider. I attend lots of building courses, HVAC, classes and construction classes to stay up on current codes that NFPA or other agencies may put out from one year to the next.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off in Heating and Air Conditioning, I moved through the ranks to upper management, but I found that the industry at least the areas I worked to be all about money. I didn't like that so I explored the maintenance side of the industry and loved it. Chimney and Dryer Vent cleaning, people have a general idea of what the issue might be.....its up to us to figure out the rest of the puzzle.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The price of service doesn't always define who a company is. A company who cares about the service they provide, technicians who enjoy there work and the customers they serve tend to be the best service providers. Cost of service is just that....its a cost!
