Printer Resolutions

Introduction: I was a senior printer technician for a company called Mid Atlantic Telesis during the 1980s they were a large company that repaired HP and Canon printers as well as multifunctional machines. They also were a cartridge recycling company. I learned a lot from this company (all my basic skills). Then I worked for a Xerox repair company called Leesburg Office supply. My work stands out because I'm proud of it. I will not leave a customer in question. There are a lot of certified techs that lack the talent and true ability to repair the machines correctly. It takes skill and experience, and I have both. I always test my work before leaving it. Nothing is worse than paying for something that is still broken. Quality is important to me. Quality and experience is what the customer needs. Too many times customers have told me about people they have hired that did not do the job right. This is wrong and its not professional. Technicians need to Know the machines they are working on. Technology is the key in this business . I like being the one who helps . People can become really upset when a machine starts jamming on them , They may be trying to meet a deadline and need someone fast. That's where I come in. I know how to fix broken copiers and printers. They can rest assured that if it can be fixed , I will fix it . It's my job ! I enjoy seeing the relief on the faces when a job is complete. I take my job personal and try to do my best at it . I also try to keep up to par with the latest technology. Technology is the key in this buisness !
