Introduction: My work stands out because I'm proud of it. I will not leave a customer in question. I always test my work before leaving it. Nothing is worse than paying for something that is still broken. Quality is important to me. Quality and experience is what the customer needs. Too many times customers have told me about people they have hired that did not do the job right. This is wrong and its not professional. Technicians need to Know the machines they are working on. Technology is the key in this buisness. I like being the one who helps . People can become really upset when a machine starts jamming on them , They may be trying to meet a deadline and need someone fast. That's where I come in. I know how to fix broken copiers and printers. They can rest assured that if it can be fixed , I will fix it . It's my job ! I enjoy seeing the releif on the faces when a job is complete. I take my job personal and try to do my best at it . I also try to keep up to par with the latest technology. Technology is the key in this buisness !

Philip was awesome - responded quickly to my inquiry; set my expectations upfront and quoted lower price if an unfavorable outcome; showed up right on time; and, best of all, he solved my printer issue which was electrical in nature (getting printer cartridge connection chips to align with internal connections within the printer)!

I'm so happy that I found this company, Phil went out of his way to make sure my copier was operating perfectly. He also replaced a roller that was located on the bottom of the copier and was not an easy task. I would never have been able to do that myself. Do not hesitate to hire this company you will be very pleased and rest assure that you have an expert working on your equipment.
