Introduction: My work stands out because I'm proud of it. I will not leave a customer in question. I always test my work before leaving it. Nothing is worse than paying for something that is still broken. Quality is important to me. Quality and experience is what the customer needs. Too many times customers have told me about people they have hired that did not do the job right. This is wrong and its not professional. Technicians need to Know the machines they are working on. Technology is the key in this business . I like being the one who helps . People can become really upset when a machine starts jamming on them , They may be trying to meet a deadline and need someone fast. That's where I come in. I know how to fix broken copiers and printers. They can rest assured that if it can be fixed , I will fix it . It's my job ! I enjoy seeing the relief on the faces when a job is complete. I take my job personal and try to do my best at it . I also try to keep up to par with the latest technology. Technology is the key in this buisness !

Phil diagnosed, cleaned and repaired what could be repaired on our old Brother MFC 8910 DW — which got our machine functional again. He presented us with a number of options regarding the cost of parts replacements vs. buying a new machine (which we plan to do), and called around to find cheap parts. He was very personable and thorough, and we were very happy with his work.

Phillip was great. He responded quickly and came by to diagnose the problem within 24 hours. I popped in new ink cartridges and my problem was solved. I felt the price was reasonable all things considered. Would definitely hire him again.

Could have selected all 5 of the topics above. Philip was awesome - responded quickly to my inquiry; set my expectations upfront and quoted lower price if an unfavorable outcome; showed up right on time; and, best of all, he solved my printer issue which was electrical in nature (getting printer cartridge connection chips to align with internal connections within the printer)!

    First off , I ask the customer what kind of machine they need fixed. If I am qualified. I arrange a service call.

    A degree in computer technology and networking. I have been repairing copiers and printers since 1984.
