- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Public classes are priced on our website, and vary by class...but are priced per student. "Private" (off site) classes are a flat rate for up to a certain number of students. Again, this varies by class.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an active Emergency Medical Technician, and with my National Registry (NREMT) Certification, I am required to take 48 hours of Continuing Education every two years. In remaining active in EMS, we are better able to answer student questions with "the big picture", instead of just saying, "the book says....."
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got my original Instructor Certification just to help out on my crew at the rescue squad. Then, as word spread that I was an instructor, I was inundated with requests to teach CPR.
