I am a licensed business owner. Our technicians are highly experienced and take the time to explain the work to our customers. The owner (and person that does the work) texted the night before to confirm our appointment. Arrived on time and got to work. I knew the dryer vent was in bad shape and he confirmed. The best, though, was the fact that he checked the HVAC system and ducts within the house and told me they were in perfect condition and needed no work. I appreciated his honesty and not just trying to make more money. HE EVEN REPLACED OUR HVAC FILTER FOR FREE! He said his motto is "treat everyone like family" which he really did. I've already put a reminder on our calendar to call him in another 12-16. Great work!
