We put up with two bathroom fans not removing moisture for years. Finally bought a new fan for one bathroom that was remodeled but we were still having issues. Wasn't sure who to call so went on Thumbtack. Ivan was very responsive and told me (and showed me photos after climbing in the attic) that the vents were not proper thus not allowing moisture to be removed. They said they could use the existing new fan, and ordered one more for the other bath, fixed the venting for both and I am happy to report we just tried one bathroom with a long shower and it worked great! no more fogged up mirror. And on top of the good work all three gentlemen we dealt with were very nice.

Guy came on time for the appointment (actually 10mins early which was nice).
Had them install an ecobee3 because I knew the wiring needed to be upgraded. He had to install an extra relay and transformer (resulting in a bit on top of the original quote but completely reasonable cost).
Would certainly use again.
