I took a risk with H&M for a major project in my home in downtown Washington DC (new central air in the main house and a new split system in the basement apartment) after my previous provider with whom I had been very satisfied couldn't give me an installation date that worked. I am very glad I made the switch. H&M delivered 1000% and at a better and very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I needed a new gas line installed to go to my kitchen for a new gas oven I had purchased. A date was arranged for an estimate, it occurred on time, and I was pleasantly surprised that the installation was not going to be as extremely expensive as I had expected. He was very friendly, and looked for the most efficient way to run the line which would be the least "destructive" in opening walls which I really appreciated. I would absolutely use H & M in the future - and had discussed additional gas lines in the future to two separate fireplaces. I look forward to working with H & M in the future.

H & M HVAC General Construction provided timely, professional service to repair one of the air conditioner units that had stopped working in our rental townhouse (a nightmare during the summer months). Ivan discussed with me up front what may be the issues and provided an estimate. He then proceeded to fix the problem and we were again feeling the cool air. Highly recommend H & M HVAC!

Guy came on time for the appointment (actually 10mins early which was nice). Had them install an ecobee3 because I knew the wiring needed to be upgraded. He had to install an extra relay and transformer (resulting in a bit on top of the original quote but completely reasonable cost). Would certainly use again.
