The team at Engvision were punctual, professional, and communicated clearly and concisely throughout. A fairly straightforward job of replacing a faulty breaker, but the guys went beyond just replacing it, they ensured all appliances and connections were sound and even provided the root cause (my fault). What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my competitors are more expensive, but my prices are pretty reasonable and our turnaround time is really fast. Same day we are at the job side to evaluate. We will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to evaluate by being at the job side in same day, but if some photos are enough to figure out what is issue, we can give an estimate by texting. if we have a deal, we stop by the address you provide asap.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two brothers who are managing our company. One of us has Electrical and Electronic Engineer bachelor degree and the other one has Mechanical Engineer bachelor degree.
