Don't hire - will only waste time... I hired Surge Electric to change an outlet at my rental property. He provided a reasonable quote and was very communicative online and over text. However after coming to the job site for repair, things took a turn for the worse. I asked for his preferred method of payment and requested an invoice as a receipt for services. His said I would receive a call from his office to process credit care information - never happened. Invoice never generated. He left the site saying the he was getting a part and never came back. Repair was never completed and communication stopped altogether. Called afterwards to figure out what happened - No response. Very disappointed. Had to ask my tenants to stay home from work another day when I could find someone else more reliable. :-(
