What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers come in for a 1-to-1 consult on their specific needs and goals and we create a mediative arts plan for their healing or heart journey. I will introduce new clients to the principles of Mindfulness and the Meditative Arts (yoga, tai-chi and qi-gong) and how to use these practices in their everyday lives to find more joy and release stress and tension in their bodies and minds.
