At Capitol Epoxy Solutions, our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the project, the chosen epoxy system, and the level of surface preparation required. We provide free on-site estimates to ensure accurate, customized pricing. We also offer military/first responder discounts, and multi-space discounts (for example, coating garages + basements). All proposals include clear scope, materials, and an estimated project duration—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – We gather basic project details, location, and preferred finishes. On-Site Visit – One of our certified floor specialists visits the property to assess the concrete, take measurements, and answer all questions. Proposal Delivery – We send a detailed estimate with a price range, timeline, and system recommendation. Scheduling & Installation – Once approved, we schedule the project and complete it using professional-grade materials and industry-certified techniques. Final Walkthrough – We ensure you’re 100% satisfied and provide maintenance tips for long-lasting results.

Multiple members of our team are certified epoxy professionals through the National Concrete Polishing University, owned by Xtreme Polishing Systems, one of the leading institutions in the industry.
