The firm contacted me within minutes of my request. They conducted a very thorough inspection of my property the same day. Michael was professional and helpful. The price they quoted was reasonable. As it turned out, the condo association exterminated the termites in my condo so I didn't need the firm after all. Nevertheless, I highly recommend them, because of their responsiveness and professional approach.

I had been unimpressed with my prior pestcontrol company and their inability to treat a bee issue or do any work to figure out where the bees were coming from. Century did a thorough inspection and the tech quickly figured out where the bee nest was, treated it, and the problem was resolved. I immediately canceled my old company and switched to Century.

Our pricing is dependent on the size and extent of the treatment. We calculate the price exactly to what the customer needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important start is a detailed inspection to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. Once we know exactly what we are dealing with, we can accurately solve the concern. It is a team effort between Century Termite & Pest and the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A life time in the industry, Commercial Applicator and Contractor licence.
