Prompt, courteous, and excellent service. Would highly recommend!!! Called me to give me a window on his arrival the same day. Principal Pest Management tech. was very thorough. Did a thorough inspection before treating for ants in the kitchen. Took his time inspecting other places in the house for other problems with ants. After he completed the inside he walked around the house and examined all around the yard. He then sprayed the perimeter of the yard & house. He explained all the services and what was the best way to treat our problem. He was very informative on our problem. By the second day, I didn't see an ant in sight. Yahoo!!! Thank's Principal Pest Control for all your experience & results.

We needed a termite inspection for the purposes of selling our house. Principal Termite & Pest did a great job, and I highly recommend them. They were one of the few places I called that was responsive. The scheduled an appointment quickly, and they were friendly, professional, and informative.

    Ask for proper certifications. Make sure the individual is trying to solve your problem. If all that is talked about is pricing then you might want to stay clear of that provider.
