Lassaad was the most responsive and helpful repairman that I've met in the D.C. area. He was patient with me as I had to go through many hoops to get my compressor for my fridge. He installed the new compressor got my fridge working again. I'm very appreciative of his services and recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Lassaad did an excellent job of installing a microwave/wall oven combo in my kitchen. This is no easy task for two people, but he single-handedly did a great job! Even though the job entailed more than expected, he did not change his price quote. He even took the time to look at and fix my AC unit and this was not even a part of my original request. Furthermore, he knew that I wanted my appliance installed as soon as possible and he was there early the next day to install it. Thank you so much Lassaad! You do excellent work and I'd recommend you to anyone!

Lassad was simply outstanding. He came the same day and suggested an ingenious way to mount both washer and dryer in order to reduce vibration. Then he took me to Home Depot, cut two wooden 2x6 boards for mounting the washer and installed it under the washer. Plus he diagnosed why the dryer was making a lot of noise (after Sears and other technicians could not). He even took a look at our fridge and advised us on installing a water filter for the whole house. He was resourceful and received our trust. Lassad was professional, competent, courteous and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend him.

After performing the task in question (over the range microwave installation), I asked Lassaad to replace a dryer motor that I had ordered on instructions from another service that had come in to do a diagnostic but never showed back up for the actual work. It turns out that the original diagnostic was incorrect and the dryer did not start back up after he replaced the motor. Lassaad then devoted at least twice the amount of time of the original installation to methodically testing EVERY single part in the dryer to arrive at another diagnostic. He then proceeded to discount his fee for the dryer motor by about 30% even though he had ended up spending significantly more time than expected on a new diagnostic because he felt he had not fixed the issue (even though I came at him with a specific task having trusted the previous diagnostic).
