- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually offer services ranging from $30-50 per hour, depending on the service; some things just involve much more then others. As the scope of a project becomes more larger scale, quotes are usually provided as a collective total (including materials and labor).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Keeping an open line of communication via email and/or telephone, providing an accurate estimate with appropriate timeline, and completing the project adhering to all objectives, aforementioned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Associates Degree in Horticulture from Virginia Tech. I am a certified and registered Pesticide Technician. I am currently getting certified in Permaculture Design- completed by March. I have been involved in horticultural practices, for 8+years, including: landscape maintenance/design, greenhouse management, construction management, sustainable design, edible farming, etc.
