Arthur responded immediately and was able to come the same day. He was very professional and extremely careful to do things the right way. He was able to fix a mounted TV that a different Thumbtack person installed crooked! On top of that he was very personable and pleasant to have working in my small apartment. I will be having him back to hang paintings and already told my daughter to use him.

Arthur did a great job fixing a kitchen drawer that kept falling out (it had been “fixed” twice before by a different handyman). He figured out what the room problem was, told me what he was going to do, and explained in the end what he did as well. He took off his shoes when requested. He even helped with a garage door issue we were having (showing us the battery and how to replace it before leaving).
