I had a very positive experience. The two techs arrived in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the issue with my grill. A part was needed but they returned and completed the repair in just a few days. The cost was very reasonable.

I'm a huge fan of Grill Genies! Last year, they rescued my neglected grill that had been left out in the woods during construction, restoring it beautifully. This year, they did another pre-season cleanup, making it look brand new again.
