I was so impressed with the quality of care & workmanship from start to finish!
My inquiry was quickly & courteously responded to. I had all the information thoroughly explained to me, including the cost, length of appointment, scheduling window, & payment process. I felt confident the team was professional & that I would not be hit with unexpected charges.
I had to reschedule my initial appointment & they were understanding & accommodating.
On the day of the inspection, our inspector, ATA, was punctual, kind, & thorough. He conducted a thorough inspection, even with a heavy accumulation of home items (60 yrs of our family belongings). He investigated concerns & answered questions without hesitation. I was rightfully impressed by his determination to assess & document every possible nook & cranny.
When we got the report, it was detailed & offered repair recommendations. We actually printed the 59 pages so we can refer to the recommendations & create a timeline of repairs.
I highly recommended their services!
