I noticed what appeared to be water spots on my ceiling and then noticed that one area began to grow darker. Next day inspect responded to my inquiry for immediately while I was out of country and scheduled an appointment ASAP. The inspector was kind and diligent. He found the issue and took incredibly detailed images and highlighted exactly where the source of the leakage. Thankfully my roof is intact and the issue is a relatively simple repair. They also provided an estimate so I'd know what to expect and can use to negotiate for the repairs. And they followed up and refunded for extra services I ordered which the inspector determined I didn't need as he was able to locate the source easily.

Absolutely outstanding service! Mr. Maghsoudi went above and beyond during my home inspection.He spent hours inspecting every corner of the house, especially the basement and foundation. Our pricing for home inspections is based on the properties characteristics. We take into consideration the square footage, year built, and location of the property when determining the price for a home inspection service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to contact us by phone to speak with a scheduling coordinator. Our scheduling coordinators will gather all necessary information for confirming the appointment and they will notify the inspector of any specific concerns that the customer may have regarding the property being inspected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR).
