This company did not meet my expectations at all. They do an okay job for an average, surface cleaning - which i could have done myself. I would definitely not recommend them for a deep cleaning as they simply did not seem prepared at all for the job. They left a handful of dishes unwashed in my sink or thrown in the dishwasher, you would think house cleaners can manage to wash a few dishes. A few mirrors around the house were not cleaned, and the floors which should have been mopped looked like they just wiped it down with wet towels. Not clean at all. I explained everything I was unhappy with after the first cleaning, expecting it to be remedied the second time around. Instead of trying to make things better and work with the situation, they complained about the work. When I hire cleaners I expect cleaners that actually enjoy their job and want to achieve a good job. This was not the case at all. I decided to be patient and wait for the 3rd cleaning before making a final decision, I understand sometimes it takes a few visits and some communication to have a better cleaning experience. Instead they messaged me hours before they should have arrived saying they can no longer clean my house. I had already arranged for my 4 kids to be with their baby sitter while the cleaners come and I spent the whole day prior prepping my house for them. I am 9 months pregnant and on bed rest. This company was incredibly unprofessional and lazy. Unless you need a light cleaning, i would look elsewhere for your needs.

You said you were happy with our work, your problem is that we did not want to accept $ 100 for a house that has dirty clothes and diapers on the floor and with 4 small children who leave many toys around the house, luckily I hope you find someone to do it for that price!! thanks for your review!
