However, we service most of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Our business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. We also offer Saturday cleaning by appointment and we are available 7 days a week for emergencies. We are licensed and insured. We are also vaccinated for Covid-19.

Hector has been AWESOME working on my deck repairs! Hard working and does a great job cleaning up afterwards. He has replaced the bad boards on the deck and power washed it. He will return in a day after the deck dries to apply the sealant to the deck and also be painting my storage shed. I look forward to seeing the final product!! The deck and shed have been sealed and painted. Could not be happier of the GREAT job that JVA Home Care LLC did!! I was very happy to see the finished product when I returned home from my trip!! I will be calling them again for other projects I have that need to get done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are probably not the lowest one but we do have the experience, licenses, bond and insurance to make sure your project will be up to codes for a competitive price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the customer and their situation we will come over to the home and check out the home and price accordingly. For cleaning service we charge 2 ladies $70 per hr for both of them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
More than 12 years building, updating and fixing homes
