I had a utility sink with a hidden leak that warped my hardwood flooring. Within 48hrs of contacting JVA, my estimate was complete, flooring and utility sink plumbing was all repaired or replaced. My wife can’t tell the difference as they expertly matched the new planks with the old original ones. I’ll be using JVA for future all my home repairs and upgrades!

I did not get a heads-up before they were coming. Usually, the contractor will call to say that they are 30 minutes out, 15 minutes out, etc. Once they arrived and started work, they were very professional and very skilled. I definitely appreciated that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are probably not the lowest one but we do have the experience, licenses, bond and insurance to make sure your project will be up to codes for a competitive price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the customer and their situation we will come over to the home and check out the home and price accordingly. For cleaning service we charge 2 ladies $70 per hr for both of them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
