Work product is excellent. They took the time to inspect our deck and let us know exactly what the issues were. We got a quote from another company who didn’t even consider the deck salvageable! We feel very fortunate that they were willing to put in the time to replace a LOT of joists, including completely removing the stairs and creating new joists for them, and then reinstalling. On top of that, they power washed the deck so thoroughly to blow out all the muck in between the boards. The deck really does look brand new and we couldn’t be more pleased. Scheduling was abrupt, as was the payment request, and it would have been nice to have more time to plan. The work team was also initially not sure which joists were supposed to be replaced. I can’t really speak to the value as the one contractor insisted on a new deck being the answer (for $$$), and another contractor never even responded. So, really, I’m just happy JVA took the job, but then very grateful they did an amazing job.

JVA did an unbelievably thorough and professional job painting my basement space. They arrived on time and ready to go, and did several coats. They worked with us on all the minor details, and made sure the walls were in good shape both before and after. I will absolutely use them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are probably not the lowest one but we do have the experience, licenses, bond and insurance to make sure your project will be up to codes for a competitive price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the customer and their situation we will come over to the home and check out the home and price accordingly.
For cleaning service we charge 2 ladies $70 per hr for both of them.
