We are very happy with the work JVA Home Care LLC has done. The project was to replace wooden flooring of a big deck with Trex. They did everything in a very professional way! I did not get a heads-up before they were coming. Usually, the contractor will call to say that they are 30 minutes out, 15 minutes out, etc. Once they arrived and started work, they were very professional and very skilled. I definitely appreciated that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are probably not the lowest one but we do have the experience, licenses, bond and insurance to make sure your project will be up to codes for a competitive price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the customer and their situation we will come over to the home and check out the home and price accordingly. For cleaning service we charge 2 ladies $70 per hr for both of them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
