Our pricing is based on the size of the home, type of cleaning, condition, and time required to ensure high-quality results. First-time cleanings may have a different price due to the level of detail required, while recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly) are offered at a lower rate. Additional services such as inside cabinets, windows, baseboards, walls, or basement cleaning may have an extra cost. We accept payments via Zelle and other methods. Our work is detailed, professional, and guaranteed. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

We begin by gathering details about the property, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, type of cleaning, and location. In some cases, we may also request photos to better evaluate the condition of the home and provide a more accurate and transparent estimate. We also offer in-person estimates at no additional cost, allowing us to have a direct conversation with the client and provide a more precise quote based on the specific needs of the service. Once the information is reviewed, we provide a quote based on the size of the home, the level of cleaning required, and the estimated time needed. After approval, we coordinate the date and time of the service according to the client’s availability. On the day of service, our professional team arrives on time and performs the cleaning with great attention to detail, using efficient methods to ensure excellent results. After completion, the client is welcome to review the work, and if any adjustments are needed, we are happy to address them to ensure full satisfaction. For recurring clients, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning options, maintaining consistent communication and reliable service with every visit. Our commitment is to provide professional, detailed, and guaranteed work, giving our clients confidence and peace of mind with every service.
