I had my whole system replaced in February. Heating and Air --... Everything worked fine... UNTIL I turned my AC on for the first time the other day and my basement flooded. Every 10 minutes that the AC was on about a gallon of water shot into my house and all over the basement floor. I called Airbenders and was advised to turn the system off. I did so reluctantly. When the technician came back out I was told that in order to fix the tubing I would have to pay an additional $180 to get it to stop flooding. As a single mother I dont have that money and explained that nicely the first time I was told that I NEVER paid for new piping/tubing to begin with. That was okay.. until they changed their story and stated that I must have been the one that broke the line and caused the flooding myself. I don't touch the system, only the thermostat. I was told that because I was given "such a deal" on the system to begin with that it would cost me to pay for their negligence. At the end of the day they did a temporary fix, and I was told that because I was so "threatening" to them that I could go buy th $10 part at Home Depot and fix it myself. Luckily I have friends that work with another company doing HVAC and they are going to come in and fix it for me for free.
Would not reccommend this company to anyone.

I had Airbenders come out to fix a walk in unit that was consistently freezing over. The unit appeared to be fixed and I was happy with the initial service. Less than three weeks later the unit was continuing to freeze over. I called back and asked if there would be a service charge because it was supposed to be fixed previously. I was told that there would not be a service charge. When they came out the second time I was told that there was nothing wrong with the unit. He then told me there would be a $180 service charge. I told him that the only reason I had called them back was because I was told there would be no charge. The owner/tech then became very aggressive, accused me of lying and stormed away. I have never had a technician speak to me the way this man did. He was absolutely the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. Never use this company. Crooks and extremely aggressive.

David installed a Trane System in our house less than a year ago and it is top of the line more importantly my daughter has allergies and ever since the new system with clean effects air cleaner my daughters allergies have decreased drastically. We are very happy with this system and because of the efficiency of this unit our utility bill has gone down by about 30-40% per month.

Airbenders is formerly known as Ableaire 1... dont be fooled by them.. I am a former employee and know that customers are being overcharged for services provided... the owner terminated me because he said id lied on my application. Whether right or wrong he still refused to pay me for my employment there.... so if hell treat his employees that way then just imagine how customers are being treated. Do your homework and google Ableaire1 and see that the business was lost and reopened under Airbenders
