Kelvin was very responsive. Came promptly for an estimate and provided a very reasonable quote. His team were hard workers and Antonio the foreman was very knowledgeable. He did a very professional job of sealing 2 flues with Aluminum flashing, and installed and sealed recessed light covers and a bath fan. He put foam board backing on the attic hatch cover and put weather striping on it to make it airtight. The team sealed the entire attic with foam including joists, blew in fiberglass insulation and cleaned out the place before leaving. The difference in indoor temperature was noticeable right away even though the temperature went down to the teens at night.
