Let’s set up a FREE onsite estimate so we can discuss your project and we can do a walk around. Interior & Exterior Painting: We will do a walk around to see the walls, rooms, and all areas that need painting to determine how long the project will be and whether walls need patching before painting. We will then provide a price, a date, and timeline. If you need me to provide the paint, I will include it in the total price. Drywall: Similar process as above mentioned. I can provide the supplies and material needed and will include that in the total price. Carpentry: We do fine carpentry inside and out. No matter how big or small the job is, we will get it done Roofing: With 8 years of experience we provide quality roofing, install, replace and repair. We do not provide roof inspection Pressure Washing: Commercial and home House Cleaning: Depending on the job we decide wether we need to send one or two crewmemebers. We give you a total price after seeing the area to be cleaned. Extra services need to be discussed and will provide a price for each one. Laundry, windows, pets, etc..

Excellent work, professionalism, value and flexibility. Carlos literally went above and beyond to achieve my vision. He installed under the cabinet range hood in my kitchen. The problem was the vent could only be located to the side of the kitchen. He literally built the box to save us the hassle of going through the ceiling, as it has structure that, if messed with, will weaken the ceiling. The process took 3.5 days but executed perfectly. Price cannot be beatable. Soon will hire him for another project.

Carlos answered my requests for a project that seemed small for other contractors. He finished the job within the timeframe I expected, and also helped to pick up paint from Home Depot and later the ceiling fan I wanted to install. Although this was the first time I hired him, I trusted him to work in the house while no one was at home ( my house is vacant for rental) . He did a good job (patching and painting the walls, fixing hardwood floor and new ceiling fan installation) . Good job and value. I will hire him again.

Carlos renovated our whole townhouse, before we put it on the market. He did all the flooring, bathrooms, paint, carpet, and many more. It was so good to work with him. His price was the best and the quality of the work was awesome! He was always available via phone or email which was great too. I would totally work with him again.
