My previous tenant left holes in he walls, she tore off drywall paper where she hung things.
Istanbul came early at agreed upon time with 2 additional men. They worked all that day.
The walls, doors and closet were all beautifully finished. I will certainly consult him for any additional paintwork.

Highly recommend using his services! He was my only contractor who finished when he said he would during my condo renovation. They painted my entire condo (walls, closets, ceiling, baseboards, and doors) also my cabinets and they look wonderful! It turned out exactly how I wanted! Istvans Painting Was great. I needed a project done really quickly and he pulled it off in 3 days! The whole basement plus one room, the basement was big but as soon as I gave the go ahead, his team was on-site the next morning to start.

The quality of our work is guaranteed. Our prices are upfront, and the customer knows exactly what to expect before the project begin. The cost of the project is fixed and doesn't change unless the owner would like to add extra items that weren't included initially. No hiding fees and no price changes trough out the process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess customers' wants and needs to make sure proper service is given. Make sure customer understands what is required for the job/task at hand. Satisfactory is key to success.
