I hired Kevin for a long-distance request to help my parents with shoveling their driveway and salting/icing while I wasn’t physically there, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. Communication was excellent from start to finish—he kept me updated every step of the way, even with some uncertainty around timing due to weather. He was professional, reliable, and made sure the job was fully taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind knowing my parents were safe. I truly appreciated how easy he made the entire process and how thoughtful he was throughout. I will definitely be using his services again in the future for other needs (not just snow plowing). Highly recommend!
