Robert and his team were very professional. They came on time, coordinated and moved our stuff in a timely manner. Robert’s has a talent for helping people move. His strategy was impeccable. Chris and his team are on point! I had a short notice move across town and they were able to schedule me in within two days. They are quick packers and really know their stuff. They asked questions when they thought anything might be fragile or of extra importance. No time was wasted and they seemed to have fun doing it. Best part: they had me laughing the whole time. The customer service is top notch and I will use them for any and all moving needs I have in the future.

They moved me back in June. Punctual, quick, knew what they were doing. I was honestly impressed by quickly they got the move done. We lived in a 2,000 sq. ft. home with an oversized (And very full) garage, they showed up early, and I want to say they were done with packing the house up by 12pm. Its a temporary place and I will have to move again soon, most likely March or April. I will 100% use them again, and would not even consider using anyone else. Seriously, if you are still reading this review, just call them, I wouldn't even debate using anyone else again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are flat hourly rate with no up-charge for any reason. All jobs include a 1 hour travel fee which covers getting the crew and truck from our warehouse to your moving locations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work with you to decide if you need an in-home walk through, and send you an official estimate. If our estimate fits your needs we will reserve your date on our calendar right away!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been active in the moving and storage industry for over 15 years. We have a physical office and warehouse located in Sterling, V.A. where we have been for the last three years.
