I’ve been locked out of my storage unit for about 4 months. Trying to match my schedule with the companies locksmith schedule was the hardest task!!!! So I decided to contact this company. “I recently hired this locksmith to install Schlage Grade 1 locks for my front and back doors, and although we initially had a bit of confusion, I’m very pleased with the outcome. At first, there was some concern on my end because two of the locks didn’t come in the original manufacturer’s boxes, which led me to question if they were the right grade. When I brought this up, he promptly addressed my concerns and returned with new locks in their original boxes to confirm they were exactly what I’d requested. While I’m not an expert, I feel confident that he provided the correct locks, and I appreciate his commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. His willingness to follow up and make sure I felt reassured speaks highly of his customer service. I hired today this locksmith to install Schlage Grade 1 locks for my front and back doors. He assured me beforehand that he would use Grade 1 locks as requested and charged accordingly. However, when he arrived, two of the locks didn’t come in the original manufacturer’s box, and the one that did was labeled as commercial Grade 2, not Grade 1 as we had agreed. When I asked him about the missing boxes to verify the lock grades, he said he didn’t have them. This lack of transparency felt unprofessional and left me feeling uneasy and suspicious about the quality of the products installed. I believe that honesty and transparency are essential in any business transaction, and I’m disappointed that this wasn’t the case here. I now feel uncertain about whether I received the quality I paid for.”
