These guys were the best!! They were on time, so efficient, nothing broke, and they disassembled and reassembled our complicated bed. They were super polite and extremely professional. I plan on recommending them to friends and family who have upcoming moves.

I had a fabulous experience with Available. I was late to get a mover booked, but they were able to fit my move in within a week of me getting a quote from Laura. Laura answered all of my questions through a couple of phone calls and I got an email reminder with all details the day before.
On moving day, itself, I was blown away. The movers were a little late, but Available gave us an estimate of when they would get to our place and assured us that the clock started when the movers got here, not before. Our estimate was for 3 hours, but the move ended up taking 5. This was not because they were moving slow, but because we were moving a 4 bedroom house that had way more furniture/boxes than we realized at first. The movers never complained or hesitated about the extra time, they just kept powering through. Even when we bought them lunch, they didn't wait for us to ask them to get started again. They just got back to work after eating.
They were also flexible with when to stop. They were just finishing up the beds when we were hitting our 5 hour mark and I explained that we didn't want to pay for an additional hour so they could stop and we would finish the beds. They were cool with that and called the office to say they were done right at that hour mark. They even got one bed finished right at the end!
I cannot recommend these guys more. They were really good at what they were doing, efficient, and great to work with! I will absolutely be calling Available for my next move.

Crew of 4 with two trucks showed up on time and got to work. Crew was professional at all times and moved quickly. Quote was very accurate, for 12 hours - crew got it done in 12.5 hours. Moving is stressful enough and Available Movers made the experience a less stressful one. I highly recommend them.

Great value. Excellent crew; very professional, courteous and careful not to damage the furniture or the house during the move. Lesson learned during this move - check with the office on the ETA of the moving crew before locking in your plans... They had to redirect a different crew to our location due to a problem with the original crew. This caused a 2-hour delay in the arrival time from the original estimate. We could have used those two hours to go do some necessary shopping instead of waiting around the house thinking they would show up. Did not realize this until I called the office. I advised the owner that in the future, please advise the customer when you know of this delay instead of having the customer call you (like I did) and have to find out that way. Overall, very good experience with Available Movers. I chose them because they had the lower price among 4 companies for the work that I bid, and their work by their young crew was outstanding!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves, clients pay a per hour price (based on the number of men in their crew), as well as a one-time service charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to provide our client with a Free Estimate. This can be done virtually or on-site.
Pricing Structure
We only charge a one time TRUCK FEE + HOURLY RATE. OUR MINIMUM IS 2 HOURS. NO FUEL FEE, NO DISTANCE FEE, NO STAIR FEE, FREE TAPE, FREE SHRINK WRAP, NO HIDDEN FEES AT ALL!
1) TRUCK FEES (One time Payment) : One time payment, includes a 26 foot truck, fully equipped with furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, dollies, and all equipment
2) HOURLY FEES FOR MOVERS: Based on the number of men needed for your move
