I had an exceptional experience with DDMJ Moving Services. From the very beginning, their customer service stood out. They called me immediately after I reached out, asked thoughtful questions about what I needed, and made the entire process feel easy. Honestly, it felt less like hiring a company and more like having a couple of college friends come help me move. They were incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and experienced. You could immediately tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. They handled all of my items with care, especially valuables and anything that required special or safe handling. They were mindful, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. What impressed me most was how kind and accommodating they were. They offered to help with things outside of the move itself, like dismantling my TV, without trying to upsell or nickel-and-dime me. It never felt transactional, just genuinely helpful. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and stayed focused the entire three hours. No lounging around, no rushing, just steady, intentional work while being mindful of our time constraints. We were in a stressful situation and had to move out immediately due to a mice issue, and they were completely understanding and supportive throughout the process. On top of all that, their pricing was very fair, one of the best price points I’ve seen for the level of service provided. This is hands down the best moving company I’ve ever used. Friendly, professional, hardworking, thoughtful, and communicative from start to finish. I would recommend DDMJ Moving Services without hesitation.

I want to note I am very particular and if I pay for a service, I want it to be done correctly. This was amazing service. Julio is was very attentive and responsive. When I had issues with loading dock reservations, he was very patient and adaptable. Everything was wrapped, moved and delivered in amazing condition. Hands down worth every penny.
