We just vacated the three-bed room townhome and moved half of our furniture and household items to storage. We are very satisfied with the service Dulles Logistics and Rentals provided.
Juan and his team arrived on time and in fact, we are sorry that we were a couple minutes late to open the door for them.
They were extremely careful when handling our stuff yet still very efficient. We moved almost every year from west coast to east coast and my husband said, he had never seen movers being so careful on handling stuff.
They are so professional and organized our furnitures in a nice way in order to fit in a 10X20 storage room. They even left quite some extra space for us.
They were also very honest and generous on the clock. They arrived at 9am and leave around 2:30pm. But they only charged 4.5hrs. The lunch break they had due to a heavy rain took approximately 30mins and perhaps they also thought the rain delayed the moving and adjust further on the time spend

Great job. Having worked in the moving business over the summer in college, these guys were very professional. They wrapped all the furniture, disassembled and reassembled furniture, and were very careful with all of the items. I am going to recommend them to every person looking to hire movers.

The guys were late, but I was notified and 20 minutes was no big deal. They introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They covered all furniture and packed the truck better than my husband and I could ever imagine. We really appreciate all they did on a super hot summer day! We had a case of water, cold Gatorade and some music to make the heat bearable. The guys chose to work straight through with no "lunch break." During the unload, the only knick came on my new wood stairs from the cushion sliding out while all 3 guys plus my husband moved my piano up the stairs, anyone with a piano knows that this is almost unavoidable while moving. They put all furniture and boxes in rooms as designated. They even helped set up my daughters bed and asked where her dresser was going so her room could be ready when she got home! All in all, as I told Max when the job was done, we could not be happier with our experience. I do plan on recommending these guys to anyone who I hear needs a moving company.

This was our first long distance move and we were so happy we found Dulles Logistics and Rentals through thumbtack, they are amazing. We were done earlier than we expected becuse of them. They made sure with every piece of furniture they packed and every box they moved was labled and properly packed. Max Khana the head of the company gave me quote and was clear in explaining and how they will work and how the movers will take care of stuff things were done properly and with full customer satisfaction. The movers called us one hour before to give us heads up and they were there on time.
Day before the move we called Max to ask him if they can provide us the wardrobe boxes and next morning 5 boxes brand new were delivered 4 hours before the movers came with the truck.
We are so happy the way they worked kept showing us things before packing did the packing of furniture the way we wanted it. They were on time as told by them and next day the truck arrived on time at the new place. Extremly satisfied with them will always recomend to all friends and family and those reading the review in DC/VA for moving.

The movers arrived on time, and worked extremely hard. Because of the amount of stuff we had, they ended up working for 12 hours, and had to make 2 trips to get everything to into our new home. They reassembled the furniture very quickly and made our move go much smoother than we could have anticipated. I highly recommend Dulles Logistics.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our moves include shrink-wrap and the use of moving blankets. We do not have any hidden or additional fees. We stand by our prices and a customer will never have any surprises when it comes time to pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and assess the needs of the customer rather than telling them what they need. Each move is unique and no two customers are the same. We try and learn as much as we can about the scope of work and then recommend the right size crew to complete the job efficiently. Once a customer selects us for their move they are given a service agreement where the scope of work, pricing, and insurance information is clearly stated.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work withe residential and commercial customers. Our residential customers range from small apartments to large estates. Our commercial customers range from small to medium sized offices.
