I had Lucy Packing come and unload a tractor trailer from a move from of town. The crew unloaded the entire trailer in under 4 hours! Every box and piece of furniture were put where they needed to be. I felt in the way with how fast the 2 guys were working. We have 3 stories in our house and it did not slow these workers down at all. They were absolutely amazing!

I think communication wise it was not the best. The female Lucy seemed a little lost at times or having to reiterate what I need them to do. She mentioned a $100 security deposit, but no mention of a trucking fee. But when I talked to her boss Christian he stated there was a trucking fee. I ended up not paying it because there was no mention of it. The movers got there a little late they stated they had difficulty with the truck. I had everything already packed up for them to load the truck. It was 2 men, reached a little after 11:30am and they weren’t done loading the truck up until 2:30pm. For a 1 bedroom, and a small storage. They had to disassemble my bed and a coffee table. I did have a small 5x4 storage not much items. Overall I didn’t expect it to take that long to load the truck. I had to reschedule getting my keys twice because the time took longer than expected. However, jonathan and brian provided great service. Very nice guys, I would recommend them. They were very respectful. We finished the job around 6pm. Overall I was satisfied with the service and they did a great job. I would recommend them.
