FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is currently lower than many professional organizing services in the area, but this is intentional. While DMV Organizers is a new business, the owner brings many years of hands-on organizing experience, along with a degree and background in psychology, which allows us to work effectively even in more complex or overwhelming situations. Our current rates reflect a new-business promotional pricing as we continue to grow locally and build long-term relationships in the community. Clients receive the same level of professionalism, structure, and care typically associated with higher-priced services. For larger or more complex projects, we may recommend working with a 2-person team to increase efficiency and reduce the total time needed. We focus on delivering real, lasting results, not just quick fixes — so your investment continues to pay off after the session is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a standard 4-hour session, which allows us to understand the overall volume of work, assess the space, and get to know your preferences and goals. It also helps us build a good working connection and establish the most effective approach for your project. During this first session, we begin hands-on organizing right away - sorting, decluttering, and creating a system that works for you. As we go, we’ll discuss priorities and next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology, and my goal is to truly help people feel better in their space and daily life. I understand that organizing is not just physical - it can be emotional, and I always work in a supportive, judgment-free way. I also have several years of hands-on organizing experience, working with different types of spaces and levels of clutter. I genuinely love organizing and naturally keep my own space highly organized, which reflects in the care and results I bring to every project.
