We had a great experience with California Concrete, Sterling VA. After receiving several quotes, we decided to go with California Concrete to replace our existing stoop and walkway on our house in Broadlands, VA. The price for the project was competitive with other quotes we received. Brian @ California Concrete came to our house, estimated the project while on site, and was very professional and easy to speak with. After making the decision to go with California Concrete, the rest was easy. Brian worked with me to schedule the work the crew arrived at the agreed upon time with consistency throughout the project. Brian was onsite several times throughout the 3-day project, and there was also a foreman assigned to the project to manage the 3-person work team. The project included removing the existing concrete stoop/walkway, building the framing, laying the rebar, and placing the concrete. This type of project is all about the finished product. I can tell you, Brians team knows what they are doing. If you are doing a project like this, I definitely recommend you contact California Concrete we are very happy with the finished product. Bryan and the California Concrete team did an excellent job with the full demolition and remodel of the patio, which included removing an outdoor shower area and sump that had been poorly installed by the previous owner and fixing two major drainage problem areas. His communication, presence on the site, problem solving, and professionalism were all outstanding.

I cannot recommend California Concrete enough- they outright TRANSFORMED my home with their gorgeous landscaping and hardscaping. My house previously was a house built in the '50s in need of some major TLC, and Bryan and his crew were able to remake into a stunning modern exterior. Bryan even worked with us on the design process, taking some of our original ideas and working with us to elevate them such as the herringbone pattern on our landing or the stone wall for the tiered garden. I also really appreciated how clearly he walked us through the pricing for everything as it helped us manage the overall budget for our housing plans. Bryan was extremely professional and easy to work with with, and my husband and I have already planned to work with him on future projects. I highly recommend him and his company for your next project- you will be glad you did!

Brian and his team did a great job demo-ing and re-paving part of our driveway, installing buried downspouts and drains, repairing brickwork, and sealing other driveway cracks. Their work helped solve some basement water intrusion issues we were experiencing. Brian is so nice and helpful, and we felt like we were in great hands. He had helpful tips for continued maintenance/care/landscaping and gave us some of the remaining materials to seal driveway and sidewalk cracks so we could keep doing this on our own for upkeep. The estimate and invoicing process was super fast and easy too, and Brian gave us options at different price points so we could decide what was best for us. All in all, a great and friendly experience!

The owner, Bryan, arrived on time to review the project (cutting a hole in a poured concrete basement wall so I could install an egress window), explained how his crew would proceed, and gave me a verbal quote. He followed-up the same day with a written quote. His crew arrived and professionally completed the project on time, including properly protecting and cleaning up the job site. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful of my home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and will recommend Bryan and California Concrete to anyone who could use their services.
