Mr. Said exceeded my expectations, he was the only one who responded to my camera issue on thumbtack. Said drove to my residence on the same day despite the bad weather, troubleshooted and identified the outdoor camera wiring issue and returned the day after to complete the work. I recommend Zago Data Wire LLC to anyone who needs assistance with camera and wiring issues. Said is ZDW owner, he is very professional, friendly, a perfectionist and expert in his field, surprisingly he is also very affordable. Said and his crew installed a new ethernet connection that Verizon failed to even attempt. He was the first to reach out after I put my info out on Thumbtack. He called immediately to talk about what my needs were. He was able to come sooner than expected and did a great job installing the ethernet. This included fishing wires through exterior and interior walls and installing two wall plates and connection points. He even helped with getting Verizon to turn on the service. THEN he stuck around to help troubleshoot Verizon issues. Very impressed with the quality of service from Said and Zago Data Wire.

Highly recommend this company. I had Ethernet installed on both ends of my house and it was not an easy job but Saïd didn’t complain, job took longer than expected because of our crawl space was pretty shallow. He added a few extras at no charge and did not raise the price. Very fair, hi hi quality and professional service.

Installed PoE cameras, smart panel and ethernet to rooms. Spent extra time trying to get devices configured and connected to camera app and hard drive (which he didnt have to do).

Discuss what’s needed, budget, on-site visit if needed, purchase the products for the job and get the job done. I never leave a job until my customers are 100% satisfied

Electrical engineering courses and over 10 years of commercial and residential installations and service calls. I also keep up to date with the industry via weekly trainings for the latest technology
