Not only tried to get an estimate via thumbtack and with follow-up emails (to give address), but I also called Fidel separately based on a flyer received. No response, no estimate, no nothing. No thanks!

Fidel's crew removed a dogwood tree adjacent to my house and several big branches of a tall tree. Both trees were too close to the power lines. The crew did the work efficiently and cleaned up the debris. I am happy with the work.

I've had Fidel back to my place for two separate tree removal/stump grinding projects and I've been completely satisfied with the company and it's employees. They do very good work and are quite conscientious. Their prices are usually better than the other bids I get for the same job. I recommend them based on my experiences.

Terrible!! I hired them to cut down 1 tree they knocked down at least 10 other trees on my property. Then I noticed ( 1 week later)a sag in my roof and saw that the tree the cut hit my roof and found out it cracked a truss and punctured my roof along with cracking my foundation and 4-6 sheets of plywood. I called the owner and he said the damage was pre-existing . Which is impossible since I had a new roof put on 5 days prior. Im fighting with his insurance company to fix my roof and they are trying to give me a run around since he is trying to deny any responsibility. BUYER BEWARE!!!
