I am a videographer and video editor in the Washington D.C. area with more than 18 years of experience. I have worked on a wide variety of projects from corporate and commercial videos to documentaries and feature films. Over the years I have also shot dozens of weddings. I hired Adam for videography for my wedding day. He was responsive throughout the entire planning process, was punctual, and professional. He captured video of the bridal party getting ready at the venue (both the groomsmen and bridesmaids). I didn’t even know he had captured some special moments of my husband getting ready, I was so happy to see that! He also captured video of the bridal party pictures being done, the first look, my husband and I walking around the venue prior to the ceremony, the ceremony, vows, speeches, and the reception. The footage and quality was absolutely beautiful. So glad that we went with Adam, highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable videographer for your special day!!

When we first found Adam, we were hesitant to book him because his editing style seems a bit dated but we decided based on our budget that he was our best option and boy did we get more than we expected!! Our wedding video is amazing! He got all the best angles. His editing seemed a lot more modern than what was advertised on his website. Everything was better than we could have hoped especially for the price he works for. We are very fortunate to have found Adam.

It is truly rare to find a professional who is an expert at what they do, humble, smart and innovative in what they do, plans ahead, is cool under pressure, and is in general a great human being - Adam Martray embodies this in what he does. After shopping around for months to find the best price and quality (12+ videographers looked at), Adam clearly stood out from his initial communication and lived up to his high quality standards in wedding pre-planning, day of execution, and afterward regarding edits, flexibility, superb quality, and professionalism. I will recommend Adam to everyone who asks me for years to come and have the video evidence to prove it, but also the personal evidence interacting with him to have no doubts about recommending him as the best quality and price for any videographer request in the DMV area (or anywhere he travels to!). Could not be happier with the entire interaction over months with Adam and I bet you will feel the same way. Everything about our experience with Adam was wonderful. He communicated well from beginning to the end and was there every second of our special event with our loved ones. This video was very important to my husband— he considers it his ‘legacy’ for future family members to view long after we are gone. We researched videographers in the area and chose Adam Martray. He has a wonderful attitude, very very professional and did such a great job with the editing and final product. We highly recommend him for recording those ‘once in a lifetime events’ like ours. I was amazed at how he had top of the line equipment, audio, lighting and multiple cameras going but yet he was “invisible” to us and the speakers and attendees of the event. I’d never experienced that with any other Media Recording expert. We are very grateful we chose the right person. Thanks Adam.
