- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$500 - basic WordPress installation with design customization for desktop/mobile only and 2-3 simple pages, no extra plugins needed or custom programming $1000 - basic e-commerce site with a handful of products, a contact form
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you to describe your idea to me and explain why a website is important to you. We will determine if you have seen any existing websites you can remember that have some of the design elements you want in yours. I will suggest you visit my own site sarahwebs.com to find the web addresses of a few of my clients. If you choose to hire me, I will then type a Statement of Work that covers the scope of the project as discussed and the timeframe of payment stages as portions of the work are completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started learning HTML and PHP a few decades ago, as a young teen. By the end of undergrad, I had demonstrated enough experience that my college hired me as its webmaster for the next five years. Since 2012, I started my own freelance business. I have a lifetime of building beautiful and functional websites.
