Introduction: I am an ordained Christian pastor, and my ministry (Sermons from the Vine) is dedicated to the vineyards, primarily of Northern Virginia. I can only perform Christian weddings and only then after meeting with the couple and determining that the union is biblically based. Several counseling sessions may be necessary before making a determination if we should proceed. Signed covenants are required and if desired, vows can be written by the couple but must contain love as defined in 1 Corinthians 13 : 4-7.
I've performed several weddings at local wineries which tend to make wonderful wedding venues. Marriage is a very serious step in a person's life and should not be taken lightly or without due diligence. I do my best to see that those important issues are adequately dealt with, prior to taking the marriage vows.

Kim performed our wedding service last summer. Well thought out and executed service and message. Kim also did a great job coordinating with us and the vineyard and working with us to understand our vision for the ceremony.

Pastor Kim was genuine and enthusiastic about our upcoming wedding, but also about our dedication to our faith and our marriage. He's friendly, charming and not 'preachy' which is why we were so comfortable selecting him as our officiant and friend.
