The switchback team was amazing! They responded immediately, made time that day to come address my AC issues, and gave everything a good rundown for the summer. I fell very ready for the summer heat due to Switchback’s services. Will definitely use them for future HVAC needs.

Weve used Switchback for several repairs on our home. Planned or in an emergency, theyve always been very quick to help us. I expected that our AC had broken for good but he was able to troubleshoot and repair with a part saving us a ton of money, same thing with our water heater.Theyve made it so much easier to take care of our home.

Switchback helped us repair our house after a devastating flood destroyed most of it. We were in the middle of attempting to list the home for sale when the disaster struck. Switchback was quick and responsive during this ridiculous whirlwind of a time. They worked well with insurance and tried hard to find us the best solutions that stayed within the financial limits we were dealing with. They do quality work, were quick to address concerns and answer questions, and we were happy to call them again when work needed to be done on our new house (voluntary work this time!). Debbie and Rick are lovely people and a pleasure to do business with.
