He texted me to reschedule my installation for the next day, literally 5 minutes before my appointment, because he was still at another job. Offered $25 off for the "inconvenience." He did not confirm a time for the next day or respond to my texts until the morning of the second day. Then, after giving me a 2 hour window where he might come, he simply didn't show up -- no call, no show. Wasted my time, and clearly doesn't respect clients' time either.
