The service started off good. He responded to our quote request the same day. His quote was fair and he got to work a few days later. He seems knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions without hesitation. However, after that first day, he showed up late, and would be slow to answer texts or wouldn't respond at all. He ghosted us on a couple of weekends when he said he'd be here. On a third visit, he left a shower fixture that he'd just installed with a small leak. We basically begged him to come back to fix it, which he did after a couple of days. (It wasn't a fast leak and we were willing to wait for him to correct it.)
On the plus side, he added a couple of projects - like installing new shower fixtures for two of our bathrooms that we added to our project after the initial quote. But he never finished the last part of our project and ghosted us again after telling us he'd return on Saturday to finish the job. Luckily, we didn't have to take off work to be here. But it was still frustrating to wake up early on multiple days for visits that never came.
I only wish he had been as great as he was in those first days. This would have been a good review.
