This was the first time I hired a private chef and my party of 6 all thoroughly enjoyed it! Chef Pete provided me menu options for an appetizer and 3-course meal, and the food turned out amazing! I highly recommend his homemade crabcakes for an appetizer and surf and turf for the main course. The filet and shrimp were cooked to perfection and accompanied by a delicious lemon butter sauce and grilled veggies. Chef Pete was easy to communicate with, was punctual, professional and cleaned my entire kitchen before he left. I especially enjoyed being able to converse with my guests versus being tied up in the kitchen. I will definitely hire Chef Pete again! 💯

This was a gift for a very picky eater with stomach issues. We wanted a custom menu to provide full meal for someone on a very restricted diet. Chef Pete heard all of the likes and dislikes of the person they came up with a three course menu. -local deviled eggs with char asparagus and caramelized onion -sliced summer veggie broth with white bean soup -sweet potato cornbread -low country cheese grits -Pappardelle pasta with veggies in Parmesan cream sauce * the food was well prepared and presented *the price was reasonable and I was impressed because a lot of chefs turn down the opportunity to make a meal for one. So I appreciate him coming out. * he left the kitchen spotless. He prepared the food in her hime but I think we will try meal prep next. I think this is an excellent way for someone with dietary restrictions to expand their palate with the help of a trusted professional. Of note I did not taste the food but I was told the soup and grits were exceptional! Thank you!!!

If you want a 5 star restaurant experience at home, then look no further than Chef Pete. We booked him for a graduation dinner for 5 adults while we were travelling in DC. He was professional, punctual and flexible. We had one vegetarian in the group and we came up with an alternative entree. He also crafted a dessert pair that worked for my chocolate loving wife and myself who is more lemon leaning. The food, service and presentation was top notch. Everything served was delicious and had the group slinging compliments to the chef at every course. After the meal he cleaned everything up and even ran the dishwasher. I do not hesitate to recommend Chef Pete, book him now so you don't miss out!

Chef Pete was amazing. He completely designed an amazing menu for my mom’s birthday, was right on time, and worked diligently. Every course was better than any Michelin star restaurant I’ve gone to. He uses truly fresh ingredients. I can’t wait to hire him again for a special meal.
